Designer: AR (Dick) Cordemeijer Manufacturer: Auping Country : Netherlands Year: 1953 Very beautiful and popular day bed from the 1950s by Dick Cordemeijer for Auping. The model is also called Cleopatra. The bed is made of black metal and has solid teak sides. The day bed has a new high quality foam rubber mattress and is covered with a 100% wool black fabric. The mattress is padded. This day bed can also be used very well as a sofa. The bed is a total of 210 cm long, 90 cm wide and 40 cm high. Condition: The day bed is in good vintage condition, with a slight patina on the metal.
