Cabinet allemand en noyer, XVIIIème siècle

Superb 18th century german walnut cabinet. Very beautiful piece of furniture in two parts in walnut marquetry and burr walnut from the louis XIV period/early 18 century. The lower part is a console in blackened wood from the 19th century. The top is in burr walnut which is a reminder of the upper part. It has a drawer in the belt. Very beautiful base. The upper part is composed of a door and eight drawers. There is a secret/mechanism inside the door that allows you to unlock the 8 drawers. It is necessary to lift two iron hooks in order to unlock the drawers. The door also reveals four small drawers. Very beautiful marquetry work on the front as well as on the sides and curved movement on the front. In perfect condition and superb patina.
