Size: 4 X 6 ft; 120 X 180 cm. High-low pile hand tufted rug. Mix of new zealand wool and bamboo silk yarns on 100% cotton woven backing. Our high low rugs are sheared by hand at varying pile heights to achieve a gently sculptural "high-low" effect. Pile height ranges from ½”-¾” This design originally appeared in our interiors: 1974 collection, an homage to the melodrama, decadence and outrage in the films of rainer werner fassbinder.
