Unique sideboard designed by roland haeusler for ‘maison regain’, france 1970. Made of solid elm wood. One side has a double solid door with 'the' typical geometric and refined handles. On the other side, a double door of fumed plexiglas, allowing the cabinet to be placed in the middle of the room as a room divider, making it a unique item. Inside, there is one shelf. The shelves are beautifully finished on two sides with raised brass edges. Maison regain is a french publishing house specializing in the manufacture of solid ornate furniture from the 60s to the 80s. It has published and produced numerous pieces of furniture designed by big names. Maison regain serves as a reference in terms of brutalist.
