“Saturnus” Floor or Table Lamp by Raak, The Netherlands 1970

An eye-catching table or floor lamp, model “saturnus”. It is manufactured by raak in the netherlands in 1971. This rare piece was produced only in that year, and is therefore really hard to find! It’s is a beautiful piece, made of a large plastic bulb held by a thin tubular chrome plated metal frame. The round shapes of the frame harmonize nicely with the round shade. The off-white colored plastic allows a fantastic warm light to emit, adding atmosphere to any interior. Used as a table lamp or floor lamp, this piece will definitely be a highly valuable addition to the interior! The lamp remains in good vintage condition with some wear consistent with age and use, preserving a wonderful vintage patina. The lamp is preserved in original condition and is fully functional.
