Ceramic plate, 1980's

This plate was found at a market in Le Mans in France. It is signed underneath with a monogram, but we couldn’t decipher nor retrieve the artist. This colourful, decorative plate got a thin stripe of clay on the top that was intentionally not glazed, to form a linear contrast with the organic, glazed drawing. Apart from a very small using mark on one of the sides in near mint condition. We put pieces of felt fabric underneath for protection, that can easily be taken off.
