The 'TeVe' chair was designed in the 1950s by Swedish furniture designer Alf Svensson. The simple and functional design of the chair, from the symmetrical lines of the wooden structure to the visible joints and screws, is very representative of the principles of mid-century Scandinavian design. The slightly spread legs provide stability and comfort. The wooden frame seems to hold the backrest and seat firmly. Upholstery in original cherry wool fabric.
