French Empire Style Green & Gold Brass Candlestick Table Lamp & Hide Shade. This striking table lamp is crafted in the French Empire style and features a heavy brass construction with a rich green lacquered and gold finish. The round brass base supports a central column topped with an aged wooden candle drip, adding authentic vintage character. Two delicate hanging leaf embellishments adorn the column, enhancing its decorative appeal. The lamp is paired with a distinctive hide skin lampshade, designed with six side panels finished with braided trim and a fringed edge for a classic, textured look.The lamp is in good working condition with a bronze coloured flex with a on/off button and is fitted with a 2 pin european plug. The lamp takes a large B22 Bayonet bulb. Condition: The brass base is in good, solid condition with age-related marks and a natural patina consistent with its vintage character. The wooden candle drip shows some age-related wear. The hide skin shade is clean and well-presented, with a couple of small holes on one panel — please refer to the photos for details.
