A unique beige glazed norwegian chamotte ceramic vase by schneider & knutzen - norway 1930s. The vase has lovely vertical stripes of green all around on a beige glazed bottom with horizontal ceramic stripes. Perfect vintage vase suitable both with or without flowers in it. Good vintage condition. Measures: 18cmd X 20cmh. Marked underneath: s&k norway. Schneider & knutzen was a norwegian ceramics workshop established by andreas thiele schneider and william knutzen in 1937. The workshop made a strong contribution to raising the quality of norwegian ceramics. Several renowned potters were apprenticed there.
