Mediterranean Armchairs, France, 1950s, Set of 2

Vintage Mediterranean armchair set made in France during the 1950s. This set of two features red lacquered beechwood frames paired with woven rope seats and backrests, reminiscent of the designs by Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet. In good, all-original condition, there is wear and patina consistent with age and use. Dimensions are 80 cm (height) X 56 cm (width) X 63 cm (depth), with a seat height of 41 cm.
