A beautifully proportioned 19th-century German walnut chest of drawers, professionally restored in our workshop. Hand-finished with the traditional French polish (shellac) technique, it features a warm satin sheen that reveals the natural depth and elegance of the walnut veneer. The chest stands on refined tapered legs, giving it a light and timeless silhouette. It retains its original locks, carefully cleaned and fully functional, while the escutcheons have been expertly replaced with new period-style fittingsmatching the original design. All drawers are immaculately clean and lightly fragrant, ready for use. The entire surface has been restored with respect for the original craftsmanship and materials of the period. A fine example of German cabinetmaking from the 19th century — elegant, authentic, and perfect for both classic and contemporary interiors.
